All journeys at Freshly Plum begin with an in-studio consultation. Your transformation begins with a consultation for all new in-studio clients. Together, we assess your skin, discuss your concerns, your history, and your goals, and build a personalized plan designed specifically for you. This visit is required before your first visit treatment and sets the foundation for everything that follows. Come ready to talk about your skin. Leave with a plan, a path, and a purpose.
50% of your fee with be applied to your treatment, must be received within two weeks of consult.
Just yourself! We will perform a deep dive analysis of your skin, so feel free to bring a list of your current home-care products or arrive with your questions. I’ll handle the rest.
Your first appointment begins with a brief review of your intake form so Gina can understand your skin history and any current concerns. Once you’re settled on the table, she performs a thorough skin analysis - and from that moment. your treatment is your own. As Gina works , she’ll point out what she observs and briefly explain product recommendation tailored to what she sees. While you relax during your masking phase, she prepares a personalized home care card outlining every recommendation and the reason behind it. When your treatment is complete, she will walk you through it so you leave with clarity.-not just glowing skin.
The Signature Start is a standalone discover session, most clients see the best results with a ritual every 4-6 weeks. During your initial visit, we will create a customized plan that aligns with our skins natural renewal cycle and your specific lifestyle goals.
Please allow 90 minutes for your first visit. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete your paperwork and get settled before your treatment begins. This ensures your full appointment time is reserved just for you.
Yes, after you register on our website and book your visit, you will be sent electronic forms to fill out. Please be sure and complete prior to your visit.
